New Committee member
John Palmer has been co-opted onto the BFS committee as a non-voting member. He is taking up the Role as the Society Archivist and Historian.

Members plug plants by Post
The members plants by post were packed yesterday and will go into the post on Monday 8th April. The are in clamshell cases sent first class and should be able to be posted through most letterboxes.
The labels inside the case are labelled A, B, C etc. This corresponds to their position in the case. Please find the right label before removing an potting up.
For those of you who opted for nursery collection please do not forget to collect them this month.
If you plants by post do not arrive, or you have forgotten which nursery you opted to collect from please contact either John or Carol

2024 Spring Bulletin
A working party packed up the 2024 Spring Bulletin with AGM Calling Notice, voting form(s), membership card(s) and a return envelope for the voting forms. It will go into the post tomorrow (20/2/2023)

2023 Annual
A group of us went to Carol's today and packed up all the envelopes with the 2023 Annual, the 2023 show results publication, the new trifold leaflet on shapes and plant distribution and renewal forms where applicable.
Your membership number and status is on the front of the envelope.
They will go into the post tomorrow (Wednesday 1st November) and Royal mail willing you should get them later this week

Clive Gould's Funeral Details
Tracey Gould has given me the following details for Clive's Funeral.
Friday 10th November at St Mary's Church Roade NN7 2NP at 11.00am. Followed by committal at Milton Crem at 12.15. Then back to Roade Bowls Club for the wake.
Please wear a something Fuchsia coloured.
Family flowers only.
Donations to Cynthia Spencer Hospice who looked after both Clive and me so well.
Please can you let Tracey know if attending for catering numbers please.
