AGM Voting
If you not going to attend the Society AGM on the 28th March, don't forget that members can still exercise their proxy vote. But the closing date is on Monday 23rd March. An electronic paper that can be emailed to the returning officer is available on request from the secretary.

2026 Spring Bulletin
Your Spring Bulletin will be going into the post today after being packed by a group of us at Little Brook yesterday. Hopefully most of you will get it this week, but if you do not receive it after 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (Overseas) please contact the secretary.
It also contains your membership cards. Please remember to write down your name and membership number on them (The membership numbers are printed on the top left of the envelope).
It also contains the calling notice for the AGM and voting forms. There is a change in the form and voting procedure this year, please read the form and calling notice carefully. An electronic version of this form that can be completed on your computer can be requested from the Secretary.

New Fuchsia Gall Mite Mapping
Kristopher Harper-Allison has created a new fuchsia gall mite mapping tool for the UK. This has the data from Derek Luther's original map imported.

The Latest Publications were packed up at Carol Gubler's yesterday by the team. They will go into the post today and they should arrive for UK members later this week.
