Multi society Roadshow
Dear all,
Unfortunately the Multi-Society Roadshow listed in the Spring Bulletin Diary for 13th April 2025 has had to be cancelled at the request of Squires.
We are hoping that it can be rearranged later in the year.

The 2025 Spring Bulletin, AGM Calling Notice, voting form and Prepaid return envelope was packed up by the Team at Carol's today.
It will go into the Royal Mail system tomorrow and UK members will hopefully get it this week

The 2024 Annual and 2024 show results bulletin went into post today after being packed at Carol's yesterday. The luckiest may have it delivered tomorrow in the UK. Electronic members I will send out in the next few days.
Also in the posted copies is an AGM meal order form, a Plant Distribution order form and a yellow renewal form if you need to renew.
If there is no yellow form it is because you have already renewed or have joined under the summer show offer
